Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If your session is paid for and you need to cancel and reschedule, I will do my best to get you rescheduled in a timely manor. I do require 24hr. notice of cancellation so your spot may be offered to those on the waiting list. Once the reading/session is purchased, it will not be refunded. You will be given a credit toward a future session.
If doing an in-person reading/session and you are paying on the date of the reading/session, I still require 24 hours notice of a cancellation. If you are rescheduled and cancel a 2nd time, you will have to pay for the session before I can reschedule it a third time. There is also be an additional $5 rescheduling fee on top of the prices listed.
I realize that there will be *certain times* where a cancellation is out of your control.
